Zapier — Getting Started
Connect Tenreply to Zapier
- Enable Developer Mode in Settings → Features and create an API key in Settings → Developer.
- In Zapier, search for Tenreply and select it.
- Click Connect Account and paste your
trl_live_...API key. - Zapier verifies the key by calling the Tenreply API — you’ll see your workspace name on success.
Available triggers

Example Zap
“New HubSpot contact → Create Tenreply contact + send welcome template”
- Trigger: New Contact in HubSpot
- Action: Create Contact in Tenreply (map phone number, name)
- Action: Send Template Message in Tenreply (select your welcome template)
This Zap adds every new HubSpot lead as a Tenreply contact and sends them a WhatsApp welcome message automatically.
