Fires when a customer sends a message (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger).

Output fields: Message ID, Conversation ID, Contact ID, Message Type, Text Content, Status, WhatsApp Message ID, Timestamp.

New Contact

Fires when a new contact is created in your workspace — either manually, via the API, or when a customer messages for the first time.

Output fields: Contact ID, Phone Number, Name, Email, Tags, Created At.

New Conversation

Fires when a new conversation is started (the contact’s first ever message to your number).

Output fields: Conversation ID, Status, Channel, Contact ID, Contact Name, Contact Phone, Last Message, Created At.

Conversation Status Changed

Fires when a conversation is opened, closed, or its status label changes.

Output fields: Conversation ID, New Status, Channel, Contact ID, Contact Name.

Message Status Update

Fires when an outbound message you sent is delivered, read, or fails.

Output fields: WhatsApp Message ID, Status (delivered / read / failed), Error Message.
