Data Deletion Request

If you have connected your Facebook or Meta account to Tenreply and wish to have your associated data deleted, you can submit a deletion request using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete from inside Tenreply
- Log in to your Tenreply workspace at app.tenreply.com.
- Go to Settings → Channels.
- Under the connected Meta channel (Instagram or Messenger), click Disconnect.
- To also delete your entire account and all associated data, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account.
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send a deletion request to privacy@tenreply.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your Tenreply account email address
- Your Facebook / Instagram username (if applicable)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
What data is deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we remove:
- Your Facebook / Instagram access tokens stored in Tenreply
- Any page or account metadata retrieved from Meta during the connection process
- Conversation data associated with your Meta-connected channels
- Your account profile, business settings, and all related records — if a full account deletion is requested
Note: data already sent to Meta (messages, reactions) cannot be deleted by Tenreply — please refer to Meta's own data deletion tools for that.
