Your data is protected
Tenreply is built with security as a core requirement, not an afterthought. Here is how we protect your data and your customers' conversations.
Encryption in transit
All data between your browser, the Tenreply platform, and the WhatsApp API is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We enforce HTTPS across all endpoints.
Encryption at rest
All stored data — messages, contacts, files — is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Database backups are encrypted with the same standard.
Access controls
Strict role-based access controls within the platform. Internally, Tenreply staff have minimal access to customer data and any access is logged and auditable.
Authentication
JWT-based authentication with short-lived tokens. We support and recommend strong passwords. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts.
Official WhatsApp API
Tenreply connects exclusively through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. We do not use unofficial or reverse-engineered WhatsApp clients — your business account is never at risk.
Vulnerability disclosure
We take security reports seriously. To report a vulnerability, email hello@tenreply.com. We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours and fixing confirmed vulnerabilities within 30 days.
