Tenreply does not charge for conversations. Note that Meta charges separately for conversations beyond their free tier (1,000 free service conversations per month per business account). Those charges go directly to Meta.

Yes — Tenreply connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). If you do not have one yet, we guide you through the Meta approval process step by step. It typically takes 1–3 business days.

Will it stay free?

Tenreply is free while we grow. We may introduce optional paid add-ons for advanced features in the future, but the core platform will always have a generous free tier.
