Is Tenreply really free?
Yes — while Tenreply is in beta the entire platform is free. No credit card, no trial countdown, no feature locked behind a tier. Paid plans will be introduced when we reach general availability, with advance notice before anything changes.
Are there any conversation limits?
Tenreply does not charge for conversations. Note that Meta charges separately for conversations beyond their free tier (1,000 free service conversations per month per business account). Those charges go directly to Meta.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes — Tenreply connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). If you do not have one yet, we guide you through the Meta approval process step by step. It typically takes 1–3 business days.
Will it stay free?
Not permanently, and we would rather be straight about that. Tenreply is free for the duration of the beta. When we launch paid plans you will get advance notice by email and in the product, there is no card on file so nothing can charge automatically, and beta teams will get preferential treatment. Meta's own conversation charges stay separate either way.
Is this just a long free trial?
It is closer to that than to a permanently free product. The practical differences: no countdown, no credit card, no seat cap, and no features held back while you evaluate. You can also export your contacts and conversation history at any time.
How is Tenreply different from other WhatsApp platforms?
Most platforms charge ₹1,000–₹5,000/month and still impose seat and conversation limits, and most trials expire in 7–14 days. During beta you get the whole platform — unlimited seats, unlimited conversations, AI suggestions, and API access — with no cost and no clock.
