How switching works
- Create an account at app.tenreply.com.
- Connect WhatsApp with Meta's Embedded Signup. A number can move between WhatsApp API providers; your Meta business stays yours.
- Recreate your templates and submit them for approval, or keep your approved ones if your WhatsApp Business Account moves with you.
- Import your contacts with a CSV, keeping your opt-in records.
- Connect Instagram and Facebook to bring those conversations into the same inbox.

Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my WhatsApp number if I switch from Interakt?
No. Your number and your WhatsApp Business Account belong to your Meta business, not to the provider. See the migration guide above for the steps.
Can I use Tenreply only for Instagram?
Yes. You can connect only Instagram (or only Facebook, or only WhatsApp) and add other channels later.
