- LinkedIn. Business Suite only covers Meta's own apps. If you also post on LinkedIn, you are back to a second tool.
- Team workflows. When several people answer customers, they need one shared view of every conversation, plus a CRM with each customer's history and where the deal stands.
- Comment automation. Sending a link to everyone who comments a keyword needs comment-to-DM automation.
- Several brands. Agencies and multi-brand businesses want every account in one workspace.

Can you use both?
